Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of firm growth, profitability, dividend policy, and debt policy on firm value. The research sample consists of 48 property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2021–2023 period. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of IBM SPSS version 25. The results show that firm growth, profitability, dividend policy, and debt policy simultaneously have an effect on firm value. Partially, firm growth has a positive and significant effect on firm value, profitability does not have a positive and significant effect on firm value, dividend policy does not have a significant effect on firm value, while debt policy has a positive and significant effect on firm value.
