Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of leverage, operating cash flow, company size, and sales growth on financial distress in consumer cyclical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2022–2024 period. The research method used was a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The research sample was obtained using purposive sampling, with a total of 231 observations. The results indicate that leverage and operating cash flow significantly influence financial distress, while company size and sales growth do not. These findings indicate that debt structure and cash generation capacity are key factors in determining a company's financial condition. This research is expected to serve as a reference for management, investors, and future researchers in understanding the factors influencing financial distress.
