Abstract

Technology developed in accordance with the development era. The technology is used because it is more effective in helping its users including corporate purposes. The rapid development of technology makes Internet becomes one of the solutions for the company to present information about the company, both financial and non-financial. These things called IFR (Internet Financial Reporting). This research aims to determine the factors - factors affecting the IFR (Internet Financial Reporting) and the impact on stock prices. The sampling method using purposive sampling and path analysis methods in the research. The number of samples in this study were 38 companies incorporated to the LQ-45 index in 2011. The results of this study show that: 1) company size, profitability, liquidity and leverage influence on stock prices directly. 2) IFR (Internet Financial Reporting) has no effect on stock prices. Based on the calculation of path analysis, IFR (Internet Financial Reporting) is not an intervening variable on the effect of firm size, profitability, liquidity, and leverage to the stock price.
