Abstract

This study examines the influence of Financial Literacy, Finance Influencers, Return Expectations, and Green Investment Practices on the Investment Interest of FEB students in East Surabaya. Using an explanatory quantitative approach, data were collected from 100 students through online questionnaires and analyzed using PLS-SEM with SmartPLS 4. The results show that Financial Literacy, Return Expectations, and Green Investment Practices have a significant positive effect on Investment Interest, while Finance Influencers have no significant impact. These findings suggest that students’ investment interest is driven more by internal factors and sustainability values than by social media influence. The study contributes to the extension of the Theory of Planned Behavior in the context of digital finance and sustainable investment, and provides practical implications for educational institutions, regulators, and financial industry stakeholders in promoting responsible youth investment. Keywords: Financial Literacy, Finance Influencer, Return Expectation, Green Investment, Investment Interest, PLS-SEM.
