Abstract
This study aims to analyze the level of student satisfaction at Universitas Hayam Wuruk Perbanas in using the Ormawa Site information system by applying the PIECES Framework method, which consists of six main variables: Performance, Information and Data, Economic , Control and Security, Efficiency, and Service. Ormawa Site is a web-based system designed to support student organization activities such as event proposals, room reservations, and organizational audits. This research employs a descriptive quantitative approach using a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 55 active students of Universitas Hayam Wuruk Perbanas who have used Ormawa Site. In addition, interviews were conducted with system administrators to strengthen the collected data. Data analysis was performed using SPSS Statistics version 29.0.1.0, including validity tests, reliability tests, and average satisfaction (RK) calculations. This study is expected to provide an overview of user satisfaction levels based on the PIECES dimensions and serve as a reference for evaluating and improving the Ormawa Site to make it more effective and efficient in the future.
