Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability (ROA), sales growth (SG), operational efficiency (TATO), and investment decisions (PER) on the transportation and logistics sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2021-2024. This study uses a quantitative method with secondary data obtained from annual financial reports. From a total of 39 companies, 28 companies were selected as samples using purposive sampling. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression using SPSS software. The results show that profitability and investment decisions have a positive and significant effect on company value, while sales growth and operational efficiency do not affect company value. The Adjusted R2 value of 0.604 indicates that 60.4% of the variation in company value can be explained by the four independent variables, while the remaining 39.6% is influenced by other factors outside the model. Further research is recommended to add other relevant independent variables that have the potential to affect company value, so that the model's ability to explain the variation in company value can be improved. Keywords: Company Value, Profitability, Sales Growth, Operational Efficiency, Investment Satisfaction
