Abstract
The rapid advancement of information technology and the increasing demand for timely strategic decision-making encourage organizations to adopt information systems capable of delivering concise and real-time data. However, conventional Executive Information Systems (EIS) remain largely static and are less effective for executives who require instant access to information. This study aims to design an EIS integrated with an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based chatbot using Flowise AI at PT Kilau Marine International, particularly to support the delivery of sales-related information. The system was developed using the Waterfall Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method, where data integration is performed indirectly through a cronjob mechanism that retrieves data from the ERP REST API and stores it in a MySQL database. The chatbot interface was implemented as a web-based application using Laravel 11. System testing was carried out using Black Box Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The results indicate that the proposed system can assist management in accessing sales information more quickly and contextually, thereby improving the efficiency of strategic decision-making.
