Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability, dividend policy, leverage, and company size on the value of building construction companies and real estate properties listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2021. The research year is 2017-2021. The variables studied are profitability, dividend policy, leverage, and company size. The samples used were 64 building construction and real estate property companies. The sampling method used is purposive sampling method. The analysis used is SPSS 25 with descriptive statistical analysis test, normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, f statistical test, coefficient of determination test, and t test. The results of this study indicate that profitability and dividend policy have no effect on firm value, while leverage and firm size have an effect on building construction and real estate firm value.
