Abstract
This study to identify and analyz the effect of variable LDR, IPR, APB, NPL,PDN, IRR, BOPO, ROA and NIM simultaneously and partially to the CAR on the banks go public well as identify and analyze the independent variables that contribute most to the changes in CAR on the banks go public. In accordance with the characteristics of the population, the sample size in this study were defined by the authors is equal to 4 banks which have gone public during the study period from 2008 to 2012 and has a total capital on 31 December 2012 in the above Rp.30 Trillion.This study uses a quantitative approach using secondary data obtained from the website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, Bank Indonesia and the website of each sample bank. The data used for this study were analyzed in the quarterly financial statements of the 4 banks during the period 2008-2012. Value of each variable in this study was analyzed with multiple linear regression analysis method with the aid of a computer program IBM SPSS Statistics 20.From the results of hypothesis testing research showed that LDR variable, IPR,APB, NPL, PDN, IRR, BOPO, ROA, and NIM simultaneous significant effect on CAR in partial PDN, IRR and ROA significant negative effect on CAR, variable APB significant positive effect on CAR, LDR variables, NPL and ROA significant negative effect on CAR and IPR variable is not significant positive effecton CAR. The independent variables that contribute most to the change in CAR is ROA. Keywords: LDR, IPR, APB, NPL, PDN, IRR, BOPO, ROA, NIM and CAR
