Abstract
This research aims to examine the influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance at PT Berkah Industri Mesin Angkat (BIMA) Surabaya head office. Samples were taken using purposive sampling. This research uses quantitative data with a population of all employees of PT Berkah Industri Mesin Angkat (BIMA) Surabaya head office. Data collection was carried out using a survey method by distributing questionnaires directly or using hardcopy. The analysis technique in this research is Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) using the Smart PLS 3.0 program. The research results show that leadership has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Leadership and work motivation simultaneously have a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Keyword : Leadership, Work Motivation, Employee Performance
