Abstract
ABSTRACT This research aims to empirically prove the influence of gender diversity, age and tenure on company value. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of gender diversity, age and tenure on company value. The research used a purposive sampling method. This research obtained data from 53 companies with a total sample used in this research of 154 basic material sectors included in the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) in the period 2020 to 2022. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 16 software. This shows that the gender diversity of the board of commissioners has an insignificant negative effect on the value of the company, the age diversity of the board of commissioners has a significant positive effect on the value of the company and the diversity of terms of office of the board of commissioners has no significant effect on the value of the company. The implication of this research is that when selecting a board of commissioners you must consider diversity because it cannot increase Price to Book Value (PBV).
