Abstract
This study aims to analyze and examine the effect of investment opportunity set, company growth, company size, capital structure, and liquidity on dividend policy in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2021-2022 period. This research data uses secondary data obtained from annual and financial reports of manufacturing companies listed on the IDX or www.idx.com and the company's website. The population of this study was 222 companies. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The observation data used in this study were 189. The analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are investment opportunity set has a positive effect, company growth has a negative effect, capital structure has a negative effect, and liquidity has a positive effect on dividend policy, while only company size has no effect in this study.
