Abstract

This research aims to find out how effective and influential it is to improve the performance of PT Anugrah Via Medis by using an internal control system, accounting information system and work motivation. Quantitative research uses hypothesis testing. For this research, the sample used was seventy employees of PT Anugrah Via Medis who used an accounting information system. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), t test, F test, and classical assumption test. All analyzes were carried out using the statistical program SPSS version 23.0. Thus, it can be concluded that the performance of PT Anugrah Via Medis influenced simultaneously or partially by the internal control system, accounting information system and work motivation system.
