Abstract
Public services are services from government agencies or public services to the community. This research aims to determine the level of community satisfaction regarding the quality of public services at the East Java – Bali National Road Implementation Center. The data used in this study are primary data obtained directly from the questionnaire. The method used in collecting data by means of questionnaires, interviews, documentation and observation. The data analysis technique used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method. Based on the data collection technique, namely using the Community Satisfaction Index and the questionnaire method given to respondents. This research shows that the application of service standards, the strengths and weaknesses of services and the level of community satisfaction provided by service officers at the East Java – Bali National Road Implementation Center to the community has been very good. However, there are weaknesses that are felt by the community, namely the processing time submitted is felt to be less fast and there is a need to improve the processing time so that what is conveyed to the community is in accordance with the realization.
