Abstract
This study aims to analysis the effect of Good Corporate Governance, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Profitability on Firm Value During The Pandemic Covid-19. The research method used purposive sampling. This research’s population is food and beverages companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2017-2021. The analysis is performed using multiple regression analysis. The result of this study indicate that institutional ownership, Corporate Social Responsibility and Covid-19 have no negative effect on the firm value, while profitability, independent commissioner, and audit commitee have a positive effect on the firm value. The results of this study can be implied for investors in determining their investment decisions in terms of corporate governance, corporate social responsibility, and profitability also a guide for companies to increases firm value.
