Abstract
The share price is the price set by a company for a certificate of ownership of shares in their company. This study aims to determine whether company size, liquidity, eva, and leverage affect stock prices. The sample of this research is the hotel, restaurant and tourism sub-sector companies that are registered on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2019-2020. The data collection technique from this study was a purposive sampling technique and 30 companies were obtained. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression, this study used SPSS version 24. The conclusion from this study is that company size has a significant negative effect on stock prices, while liquidity, eva, and leverage have significant positive on stock prices
