Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of religiosity, lifestyle and self-control on financial management behavior in young Muslim workers. The data used in this study are primary data derived from questionnaires distributed via Google form with certain sample criteria such as people who are already working and not married and domiciled in Kediri. The data analysis technique used in this study uses descriptive analysis in order to provide a general description of the data obtained and can be used as a reference for readers and ends with a conclusion. In addition, this study also used data analysis techniques in the form of multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of the partial least squares (PLS) program. The results of this study indicate that religiosity and self-control have a positive effect on financial management behavior, while lifestyle has a negative effect on financial management behavior for young Muslim workers in Kediri.
