Abstract
Employee complaints such as non-beths, can hardly develop, move or resign to receive treatment or better wages make the company pay more attention to its employees, with some complaints also reducing employee involvement so that attainment of the common goal will be difficult to achieve. This study aims to find out whether there is a practical relationship between human resource management, the working environment, and the use of internal social media against the involvement of manufacturers in Surabaya. the method used in this research is quantitative. data capture is done online by spreading cohesion through google form with 137 responses then analyzing data obtained using spss analysis version 26.0 for windows. The study found that the practice of managing human resources and the working environment did not have a significant positive impact on employee involvement. the use of internal social media has a significant positive impact on employeeinvolvement.
