Abstract
This study aims to examine the influence Work Environment, Job Satisfaction and Work Motivation Employee Performance in CV Juke Abadi. The method used this research descriptive analysis method using multiple regression. The sample in this study consisted 70 respondents, namely employees in the production department who worked for least one year. Data collection using a questionnaire using google form, for testing the hypothesis used validity analysis techniques, reliability tests, classic assumption tests, partial tests and simultaneous tests. The results of the first analysis show that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Both job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Third, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The four work environment, job satisfaction, and motivation simultaneously influence employee performance.
