Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility, dividend policy, and company size on firm value with covid-19 as a moderating variable in food and beverage sub-sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2021. This type of research is quantitative research, for sampling techniques using purposive sampling, so that a sample of 10 of 30 food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2021 period was obtained. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. There are four results in this study. The result of this first study is that the dividend policy variable has no effect on firm value. The results of the second study show that the variable firm size has a negative effect on firm value. The results of the third study show that the variable Corporate Social Responsibility has a positive effect on company value. The results of the fourth study show that the covid-19 variable is unable to moderate and weaken the effect of CSR on firm value.
