Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is influence of Leadership Style, Organizational Commitment and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT. Mahesi Agri Karya. The technique used for sampling was purposive sampling with the Structural Equating Modeling (SEM) research method. The population in this study are permanent employees of PT. Mahesi Agri Karya with a minimum of one year of service. The sample in this study amounted to 70 respondents. The analysis tool used is the WarpPLS 7.0 software which is the latest version and was just launched in 2020. The results of the study with WarpPLS show that Leadership Style has a positive but not significant effect on Employee Performance, Organizational Commitment has no positive effect on Employee Performance, Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.
