Abstract
Company value is an illustration of the prosperity of shareholders, the better the value of the company, the more prosperous the shareholders. This study aims to determine the effect of leverage, profitability, capital structure, company size, and dividend policy on company value in food & beverage companies. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method with secondary data obtained from the Indonesian Stock Exchange.The population in this study are 30 food & beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling method used was purposive sampling, so that in this study 15 company samples were obtained. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are leverage has a positive effect on company value, profitability has a positive effect on company value, capital structure has a negative effect on company value, firm size has a negative effect on company value, and dividend policy has a positive effect on company value.
