Abstract
This study aims to determine whether the cash flow (from operating cash flows, investing cash flow , funding cash flow) accounting income and the interest rate influence on stock returns . return an acceptable rate of return on investment that investors already done . The population in this study the companies that goes in Sri Kehati Index are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010-2013 . The sample in this study as many as 16 companies that consistently entered in Sri Kehati Index in 2010 until 2013. So for 4 consecutive years of study obtained 64 samples. The sampling technique was done by purposive sampling , and using multiple linear regression analysis . The result of this researchproves that operating cash flow and accounting earnings have a significant effect on stock returns . This indicates investors consider operating cash flow information and accounting profit as making investment decisions . Theother remain variabel such as this indicates that investors are not fully using the information derived from such variables as investment decision .
