Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of investment decisions (PER), funding decisions (DER), company size (total assets), and profitability (ROA) on firm value (PBV) of the pharmaceutical sub-sector listed on the IDX. This research is a quantitative research. The data used in this research is secondary data. The population used in this study are pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017-2021. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling, in order to obtain a sample that met the criteria of 45 samples with 6 samples that had to be outliers, so that a final sample of 39 samples was obtained. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis technique. The results of multiple linear regression analysis in this study indicate that the investment decision (PER) has a positive effect on firm value, funding decisions (DER) has a positive effect on firm value, firm size (Total Asset) has a negative effect on firm value, and profitability (ROA) has positive on firm value.
