Abstract
The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of current ratio, debt to equity ratio, net profit margin and receivable turnover on financial distress at transportation and logistics. The population in this study were transportation and logistics listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. The technique used in sample selection was purposive sampling and obtained 97 samples. Data analysis was performed using the SPSS 20 test tool by testing descpriptive statistics and logistic regression test. The results of this study state that current ratio have no effect on financial distress, debt to equity ratio have a positive effect on financial distress, net profit margin have no effect on financial distress, receivable turnover have a negative effect on financial distress.
