Abstract
Purposes of this study are to analyze the effect of Service Quality, Perceived Value, Perceived Brand Image, and Product Satisfaction on Loyalty. This research is a quantitative one uses ques-tionnaires as the main data source. Respondents were selected using judgment sampling technique with a total of 114 people from Toyota Kijang Innova users who live in Surabaya. The analytical technique used in this study is path analysis using the Warp-PLS version 8.0 program. The results showed that Service Quality, Perceived Value, Brand Image had positive and significant effect on Product Satisfaction and on Loyalty.
