Abstract
This study examines the effectiveness of mobile banking to reduce customer activity in the banking hall during the Covid-19 pandemic. With social restrictions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk released BRImo to continue to serve customers in conducting banking activities without visiting the banking hall. This research uses quantitative research by using this research to produce descriptive data. This method aims to describe in detail and analyze the results of the data with 89 respondents. The results of the study show that BRImo's features and services can be useful for customers and government programs regarding social distancing to effectively prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus, because observations show a decrease in the number of banking hall visitors it is assumed that customers are using BRImo to carry out banking activities.
