Abstract

Sentra Variant Computer is a business engaged in information technology and other computer services. In carrying out its marketing, SVC applies traditional marketing and modern marketing or digital-based marketing. However, in its implementation, there are still some things that need to be evaluated or improved so that in the future they can compete with big competitors. The purpose of this research is to find out how Sentra Variant Computer's digital marketing strategy is, the obstacles and efforts made during the implementation of digital marketing, and the development process that can be done in the future. The research method used is descriptive analysis and data collection techniques using interviews, documentation, and observation techniques. The research results obtained are the marketing strategies carried out by Sentra Variant Computer are sales promotion offers, application of cashback, and application of free postage to attract consumer interest. Meanwhile, to consumer trust, Sentra Variant Computer always maintains the quality of their products and always improves their service to consumers. Then after the analysis of segmenting, targeting, and positioning, it turns out that the positioning of SVC is still not strong. Therefore, it is necessary to do a little improvement and development. The development carried out is in the form of making slogans, making design templates, and making digital company profiles. With this development, it will expand marketing reach, increase consumer trust and give an impression that sticks in the minds of consumers and make Sentra Variant Computer a business that has uniqueness and a strong identity in marketing through digital marketing.
