Abstract
This study examined to determine the effect of brand image, price, and product quality on customer satisfaction.The purpose of this study is to analyze the image of the brand, price, and product quality to customer satisfaction.The type of research used is qualitative. Thestudy used a sample of 96 respondents of consumers bag “Guess” in Surabaya by using judgment sampling technique. Data were collected throught questionnaire. Analysis using multiple linear regression.Statistical significance using the f-test and t-test.To simultaneously test the F-test was used to calculate the results F = 35,061> F table = 2,703 or Fhitung> F.The results of this study can be concluded that the independent variables have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction simultaneously and partially.
