Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the Effect of Service Quality and Consumer Experience on Consumer Confidence with the Role of Consumer Satisfaction Mediation at the J&T Express Freight Forwarding Company in Surabaya. The research methodology used 158 respondents collected by distributing questionnaires online in the Surabaya area. The population in this study is consumers or people who have used J&T Express services in Surabaya. The sampling technique in this study was to use purposive sampling. Technique data collection is carried out using the online survey method by filling out a questionnaire using Google Form. Respondents' responses were analyzed with descriptive analysis and statistical analysis using the SmartPLS program.
