Abstract

The purpose of this research is to satisfaction toward loyalty and willingness to pay more on Banck Central Asia (BCA) customers. To achieve those purpose, the questionnaire was developed with item measurement, which seizes the construct of the variable. The data collection method using questionnaires distributed to 150 respondents Bank Central Asia (BCA) customers. Data were analyses using descriptive analysis, statistic analysis using WarpPLS 6.0. The independen variable is used in this study are satisfaction while the dependent variable is loyalty and willingness to pay more. The result of the analysis indicate satisfaction has a significant effect on loyalty, loyalty has a significant effect on the willingness to pay more.
