Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the perception of quality and trust on the intention to be loyal with satisfaction as a mediation to shopee customers in Surabaya. This research methodology uses 156 respondents who were collected by distributing questionnaires boldly in the city of Surabaya. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The data collection technique was carried out using an online survey method. The analysis technique used is the structural model equation method using the WarpPLS 7.0 program. The results of this study are the perception of quality has no significant positive effect on the intention to be loyal, the perception of quality has a significant effect on satisfaction, satisfaction has a significant positive effect on the intention to be loyal, trust has a significant positive effect on the intention to be loyal, while the perception of quality has no significant positive effect on the intention. loyal to the mediation of satisfaction.
