Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Competence, Education and Training, and Career Development on Employee Performance of PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk. The research sample consisted of 102 respondents in the helper progress section with reference to the statement of Fraenkel et al., (2015) in Gikunda & Lawver (2019:63) stating that the sample has a minimum number of 100 respondents to be declared sufficient in descriptive research. Then there are characteristcs of vulnerable ages 18-50 years. This sampling technique uses purposive sampling because only the helper progress part is taken. The analysis used validity, reliability, descriptive statistical analysis, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, and classical assumption test on the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) and data collection using a questionnaire in the form of google form. The results of this study indicate that partially which shows a positive influence which shows competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, education and training has no positive and significant effect on employee performance, career development has no positive and significant effect on employee performance.
