Abstract
Psychological factors always be an interesting one to be observed. This research aims to examine about the psychological factors consist overconfidence, mental accounting, and emotion influence the behavior of households on investment’s alternatives decision making. Samples were drawn from 93 households in Madura who invested their fund in bank accounts consist of saving and deposit or invested their fund in real assets such as gold, land, property, and transportation. Method of data collection is through distribution of questionnaires with judgment sampling technique. Binary Logistic is used to test the hypotheses. The final results show that overconfidence have a significant effect or can be used as predictor of investment’s alternative decision making. Meanwhile, mental accounting and emotion have no a significant effect or can’t be used as predictor of investment’s alternative decision making.
