Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of System Quality, Security System, Experience, Expectation, Loyalty and Desire to Continue Using. Sampling techniques use purposive sampling in Shopeepay users. A total sample of 130 respondents and data collection method in the study used questionnaires. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is used to analyze the influence of system quality, security system, experience, expectation, loyalty and desire to continue using with program Warp-PLS 7.0. The result of this study showed the quality of the system had a significant positive effect on the experience, the security system had a significant positive effect on the experience, the experience had a significant positive effect on expectations, the expectations of significant positive influence on loyalty, loyalty had a significant positive effect on the desire to continue using. This is of course a consideration for every Shopeepay mobile payment provider to users better than other mobile payment. Thus Shopeepay is the main choice for the public in choosing mobile payment.
