Abstract
the purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Website satisfaction, e-word of mouth, Smartphone advertisement on purchasing laptop online in Surabaya. the data collection method in this research is a questionnaire with non-random sam-pling with non-probability sampling method which is distributed to the respondent in Surabaya. the number of respondents in this study was 80 respondents who had the criteria of men and women aged at least 18 years. the technique for analyzing data was using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) us-ing the WaroPLS 6.0 statistical application. The result of this study explain that: 1) Website satisfaction does not have a significant effect on online laptop purchase intention, 2) E-Word of Mouth does not have a significant effect on online laptop purchase intention, 3) Smartphone advertisement has a significant effect on online laptop purchase intention
