Abstract
Tourism is a growing industry, tourism is rapidly increasing due to the human need for recreation, and tourism industry can drive the wheels of the economy and one of the largest industries and become the leading sectors in the economic development and job creation. In 2015 conducted research in Suroboyo Carnival Night Market, which has the concept of integrated tourism and combined with shopping, games, and other entertainment in one place at night.This study investigates the effect of tourist expectation, perceived quality, destination image and service quality on tourist satisfaction. This study also examines the mediation of perceived value on effects of tourist expectation, perceived quality, and destination image on tourist satisfaction. A total of 200 completed questionnaires were analyzed using structural equation modeling technique with program AMOS 21.0.Result of this study indicate that tourist expectation, perceived quality, and service quality has significant effects on tourist satisfaction. The findings of this study indicate that perceived value mediation of tourist expectation has significant effects on tourist satisfaction.
