Abstract
Businessmen need to understand when a company operating there is a responsibility for stakeholder. In this research stakeholder are employees, suppliers, government, and environmental. This research is talking about the influence of corporate social responsibility in the mining company financial performance. CSR in this research use of return after work and provision of reclamation. While the performance of financial use with ROA and ATO. This research are using the another theory. The theory are stakeholder theory, legitimation theory, and social contract theory. Which the theory is influence or not with the result of this research. This research use secondary data. The analysis technic is using Multiple Regression Analysis (MRA). Keyword : CSR, ROA, ATO, mining company, return after work, provision of reclamation, stakeholder theory, legitimation theory, and social contract theory, Multiple Regression Analysis (MRA).
