Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between, religiosity, attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, and intention to use the Astrazeneca COVID-19 vaccine. This study uses primary data collected from respondents with male and female criteria, aged over 17 years and above and have never used the Astrazeneca COVID-19 vaccine. Respondents were accessed through the WhatsApp Group (WAG) community who were then given an online questionnaire link in the form of a google form. From the responses of these respondents, 214 data were taken. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the application of WarpPLS 7.0 statistics. The results of this study explain that: 1) Religiosity has a significant positive effect on Intention To Use. 2) Religiosity has a significant positive effect on Attitude. 3) Attitude has a significant positive effect on Intention To Use. 4) Subjective Norm has a significant positive effect on Intention To Use. 5) Perceived Behavioral Control has a significant positive effect on Intention To Use This result implies that to convince customers online, companies must explain in detail and have a good appearance about product quality and benefits as well as clear price information.
