Abstract

The iB Hijrah Hajj Savings product at Bank Muamalat Nganjuk Sub-Branch Office is one of the superior products from Bank Muamalat. Over time, the banking world has developed quite rapidly. Therefore, each bank is required to have its own strategy in marketing its products. In marketing its products, Bank Muamalat always innovates on the 7Ps, namely product, price, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence. The results of the research carried out aim to determine the marketing strategy applied by Bank Muamalat in marketing iB Hijrah hajj savings products and to know the registration flow for iB Hijrah Hajj Savings products. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research. Descriptive research was conducted using observation, interviews, and documentation in the process of collecting data in the field. The marketing strategies used by Bank Muamalat in marketing its products are walk-in customers, cross-selling, utilize social media, distribute brochures and proposals, visit KBIH, and visit the community. By implementing these six marketing strategies, customers of the iB Hijrah Hajj Savings product experience a significant increase every year. keyword: Marketing Strategy, iB Hijrah Hajj Savings Product
