Abstract
This study analyzes the effect of Brand Image and Product Quality on Customer Loyalty of the customers of Hayyu Syar'i Skin Clinic which is based on shari’a. This study is a causal research using independent variables of Brand Image and Product Quality, and the dependent variable of Loyalty. The Loyalty variable was frame within the shari’a perspective. The primary data were collected using an online questionnaire and were responded by 130 respondents. The data were analyzed using structural equation modeling (Structural Equation Modeling) supported by WarpPLS 7.0. The results of this study indicates that Brand Image and Product Quality significantly affect on Loyalty both individually and simultaneously. Since the finding is that the effect of product quality is much more than image, Hayyu Syar'i Skin Clinic should focus its business and customers on providing and maintaining excellent product and treatment.
