Abstract

Repurchase intention is important for marketing a product or service. Repurchase intention is the level of customer desire to do shopping in the same online marketplace in the near future or in the future. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of security, convenience, privacy, trust and satisfaction on the repurchase intention of customers on the Shopee online shopping site in Surabaya. The research subjects used were Shopee customers in Surabaya, using a purposive sampling technique. Sources of data obtained from questionnaires are from Shopee customers who have transacted more than once in the last 6 months. The total sample is 130 respondents. The results of this study indicate that convenience, privacy has a significant effect on customer trust on the Shopee online shopping site in Surabaya, security has no significant effect on customer trust on the Shopee online shopping site in Surabaya. Security, convenience have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction on the Shopee Online Shopping Site in Surabaya. Privacy, security have no significant effect on Customer Satisfaction on the Shopee Online Shopping Site in Surabaya. Convenience, customer trust, customer satisfaction have a significant effect on the intention to repurchase the Shopee Online Shopping Site in Surabaya. Privacy has no significant effect on the intention to repurchase the Shopee Online Shopping Site in Surabaya.
