Abstract
The purpose of this study is to exmine the extend of the influences of security risk, operational risk, and trust to continuance intention with religiosity as moderating variable on Gopay mobile payment. This reseach methodology used one hundred twenty five (125) respondents collected through distributing online quetionnaries be in the form of Google Form in the Surabaya and Sidoarjo areas. Respondents responses were analysed using descriptive analysis through the SPSS 16.0 program and statistical analysis through SmartPLS 3.0. The results of the analysis show that security risk and trust scores have a positif effect on continuance intention, and operational risk have a negative effect on continuance intention. The moderating role of religiosity does not affect the stronger or weaker effect of the direct effort between brand experience on brand satisfaction. The practical implication of this research is for Gopay to develop its strategy in the future, especially improving security and operational systems, and increasing user confidence to still using Gopay's Mobile Payment.
