Abstract
The purpose of this study was to obtain evidence that brand image, statisfaction, brand trust, and significant brand loyalty to Bank Syariah Mandiri in Surabaya. This study uses PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square) analysis model that using the WarpPLS 6.0. Data were collected using questionnaires. Population and samples uses in this study were 100 respondens. The method of selecting a sample of this research is using purposive sampling method and two types of purposive sampling, namely judgment sampling and quota sampling. The results of this analysis indicate that brand image, satisfaction, brand trust, and significant brand loyalty for Bank Syariah Mandiri in Surabaya.
