Abstract
The purpose of this study is that financial institutions in Indonesia have an important role in balancing various financial economies in Indonesia. From conventional to sharia based. as evidenced by the large number of financial institutions currently in Indonesia. This important role is to balance the function of banks as an institution that can collect all the distribution of public funds effectively on an economic basis that supports the improvement of people's lives. This research uses primary data. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The population and sample used in this study were 100 respondents. This research sample selection method uses Judgment sampling method. Data analysis uses partial least square (PLS).
