Abstract

Loyalty is important, because a successful marketing strategy, supported by loyal customers, produces loyal customers. One of the ways companies do to increase customer loyalty is by increasing customer satisfaction with the product brands offered to consumers. This also happened to the Bojonegoro people who were loyal to Honda products. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between customer trust, customer commitment, and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty to Honda products in Bojonegoro. This research is a research with primary data type. Based on the research method, this research is a causal research. Based on the time dimension is a cross section. Based on data collection methods, this study uses survey method in the form of a questionnaire with 100 respondents. The statistical tool used is SPSS 22. The results of this study indicate that customer commitment and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, but customer satisfaction has a positive but not significant effect on customer loyalty.
