Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of board diversity on the broad disclousure on intellectual capital. The population used in this study is banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The sample in this study was taken using a purposive sampling method. This study uses secondary data, data obtained from the Indonesian stock exchange through the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website in the form of an annual report 2016-2018. Data analysis in this study used Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that board diversity influences intellectual capital
