Abstract
The main purpose of the establishment of a company is to maximize the value of the firm in order to attract investors to invest their capital in the company. Firm value is a measure often used by investors as a measurement for the market to assess the company as a whole. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of leverage, firm size, sales growth, and dividend policy on firm value. This research was conducted at manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. The sample determination method used is using purposive sampling with the criteria of manufacturing companies that use the rupiah, and companies that distribute dividends for the 2014-2018 period to obtain a sample of 219 companies. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it is known that leverage and firm size affect the value of the firm. Sales growth and dividend policy do not affect the firm's value. Keywords: Firm Value, Leverage, Firm Size, Sales Growth, and Dividend Policy.
