Abstract
The purpose of this study is to question which one affects the economic imbalance, service features, and consumer confidence in the intention to reuse in financial technology DANA. This research methodology used 130 respondents collected through questionnaires in the city of Surabaya. Respondents' responses were analyzed using WarpPLS 6.0. The results of the analysis show the value of economic imbalances has a significant influence on the intention to reuse, service features are not significant to the intention to reuse, and consumer confidence is not significant to the intention to reuse. The practical implication of this research is for FUND to develop its strategy in the future, which is important as an evaluation of the performance of financial technology in national financial technology competition, and can provide important information for financial technology to be able to increase the imbalance of financial technology.
