Abstract
The purpose of this research looking for The Influence of Brand Identification on Brand Loyalty mediating by Brand Engagement and Customer Satisfaction. The methods of this research is by survey that using SEM-PLS by WarpPLS 6, and the respondent are customers of the Tokopedia, domicile in Surabaya or Sidoarjo. The result of this research is there’s positive significant of The Influence of Brand Identification on Brand Loyalty mediating by Brand Engagement and Customer Satisfaction.
